An 1800s farmhouse and working barn on one side. A river, a greenhouse, and open lawn on the other.

The original farmhouse dates to 1800 — four bedrooms, three baths, restored as guest lodging at the heart of the property. Steps away, the dairy barn is being brought back for events: sound doors and structure, open enough inside to hold a full reception. A garden space and a handful of outbuildings — an equipment shed, a woodshed, a former sugaring barn — round out the working-farm feel guests notice the moment they arrive.
The river side of the property sits just across the road — a stretch we're still working out safe access to, alongside the rest of the restoration. A glass greenhouse proposed as a dinner and reception space, striking after dark; a small stream feeding into the Black River; and open lawn envisioned as a ceremony deck and reception green.

Close enough for a mountain morning and an evening reception on the same day.
Quarter-mile of frontage on water known for its fly fishing among Vermont anglers.
